Are your lattes Organic and Non-GMO?

Yes. Our lattes are USDA Organic Certified by Oregon Tilth.

Do the lattes contain dairy, gluten, soy or carrageenan?

No. They are 100% dairy, gluten, soy and carrageenan free!

How much caffeine is there in each latte?

Our lattes range from 80mg of natural caffeine (Unsweetened, Caramel and Dutch Chocolate) to 120mg for Nishio Matcha.

What base do you use for your lattes?

Our lattes blend cold brewed Assam black tea and ceremonial grade Japanese matcha with sustainably sourced almondmilk and a hint of coconut cream to enhance creaminess.

How long will they last in my fridge?

Please check the printed expiration date on the bottle for an exact time.  If properly refrigerated, they can last several weeks up to several months.

Where are they produced?

They are produced in Yorba Linda, California.

Special Batch Matcha

What is Special Batch Matcha?

This is our specialty line of handcrafted matcha teas that are locally brewed, bottled and delivered fresh each week in Phoenix, Arizona.

What is matcha?

Matcha is a Japanese green tea made from stone-ground tea leaves. Because you are consuming the whole tea leaf, matcha provides 10x more antioxidants and phytonutrients than traditional green tea. Some call it the “espresso of tea”.


What does ceremonial grade mean?

Matcha comes in two grades of quality: culinary and ceremonial. The difference is based on the amount of time and care taken during the growing and harvesting of the tea leaves. Culinary grade is brownish and bitter tasting. Ceremonial grade is a vibrant emerald green with a smoother, creamier flavor. We only use 100% ceremonial grade.

Why cold brew?

Matcha is very sensitive and quickly loses its natural color, flavor and nutrient potency when exposed to heat. Because of this, we cold brew our matcha in order to maintain peak freshness.

Are these available outside of Arizona?

Our special batch teas are currently only available in Arizona due to their glass packaging and limited shelf life.

Are your Special Batch Matchas Organic and Non-GMO?

Yes. They are not yet USDA Certified, but are crafted with 100% Organic and Non-GMO ingredients.

Do the Special Batch Matchas contain dairy, gluten, soy?

No. They are 100% dairy, gluten, and soy free!

Are your drinks vegan?

All of our Special Batch flavors are vegan except for Honey which is vegetarian compliant.

How much caffeine is there in each Special Batch flavor?

Unsweetened (80 mg), Honey (100 mg), Latte (120 mg). Matcha contains approximately half the amount of caffeine as coffee and provides a calmer, steadier energy.

How long will they last in my fridge?

Because we do not use any acids or preservatives, our Special Batch bottles have a shelf life of 3 weeks. Please check the expiration date on the bottom of the bottle and consume within 2-3 days after opening.

In sunny Phoenix, Arizona.

Orders & Shipping for Lattes

How much is shipping?

Currently, we only ship to street addresses within the United States.

Shipping is free for orders of $60 or more. Otherwise, shipping is a flat fee of $6.00.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a FedEx tracking number to track your delivery.

When will I get my order?

Once shipped, you should receive your order within 2 to 3 days.

How will my order be packaged?

Lattes are packaged in an insulated box with ice packs to keep the bottles chilled during transit.  Please place bottles into the fridge once they are delivered.
